1. Services & Scope

We provide digital creative services (logo design, website design, social media setup, banners and image design, and related packages). Deliverables, revisions, timelines and scope are described per package or proposal.

2. Payments & Pricing

All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.
Work begins once required payment is received and client inputs are provided.
We may revise pricing for future orders; existing orders remain at the confirmed price.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide timely inputs, logos, and approvals. Delays may extend timelines.
You confirm ownership or license for any materials supplied. You indemnify us against third-party claims.

4. Intellectual Property & Rights

Upon full payment, usage rights for delivered assets transfer to the client. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio.
Licensing for third-party fonts, images, or plugins remains the client's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5. Revisions & Approval

Revisions are limited per package. Extra revisions or out-of-scope work will be quoted separately.

6. Liability & Warranty

Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
